In November 2013, Dr. Bill Hilton Jr. lead his 22nd Operation RubyThroat expedition to Costa Rica's Orosi Valley to study ruby-throated hummingbirds on their wintering grounds. Bill is an educator-naturalist and the Executive Director at Hilton Pond Center for Piedmont Natural History.
