We would choose #418 because he had 6 hours and 30 minutes of aircraft conditioning, which is a low time;
#417 because he recieved 6 hours and 32 minutes of aircraft conditioning, which is also a low anount of time;
#416 because he recieved the lowest time for aircraft conditioning, and #401 because he recieved a low
amount of time for aircraft conditioning. We picked all these cranes because they trained for a small amount
of time, which means they are fast learners.
